How do I log in to my Giving Account to make changes?

Click or tap the small icon profile image of a person in the upper right corner of the page. This opens the login page. Once you login you will be taken to the links to make changes to your existing account.


How do I cancel a donation before it processes?

Login to your Giving Account to make changes to the donations which are set up in the system.

If you do not have a login, you must please contact our office at 626-398-2339 and choose the option for help with electronic donations and we will assist you.

How do I change payment amounts before it processes?

Login to your Giving Account to see the date your gifts are set up to process. Please note that changes to scheduled transactions must be made at least 2 days before the transaction date.

How do I change a recurring gift?

Login to your giving account to make a change to the amount of your recurring gift. Please note that changes to scheduled transactions must be made at least 2 days before the transaction date.

Can I make one donation that is for multiple people online?

Yes! Start by setting up one donation (recurring or otherwise) and then before completing the transaction session, you can set up another donation.  As you complete the transaction, please validate your entries by checking to see that all the donations appear in your “cart”.

 

How do I make a stock donation?

Stock or mutual funds need to be in our account by December 31, 2021 if you wish to include the donation for the current tax year. Because of the high volume of stock donations at the end of the year and the time it takes to transfer the investments to our account, we recommend instructing your custodian to make donations on or before Wednesday, December 15, 2021

After requesting the transfer from your custodian, please provide the following information to Mark Harris at mark.harris@frontierventures.org to ensure appropriate gift credit. 

  • Your Name 
  • Name of Security being transferred 
  • Number of Shares transferred 
  • Desired designation, if any (ministry account number for project or member) 

 

What if I want to mail in a check for the current tax year?

Make sure the check is dated before the end of the year and it must also be postmarked before the end of the year (by the post office). Put the Ministry Account number or project number in the memo line (or the name of the one you support).

When will I receive my year-end summary of donations to Frontier Ventures?

If we have a valid email address on file for you an email summary of donations will be sent out by the end of January.  You will receive a paper summary via US mail before the end of January if we do not have a valid email for you. These timeframes comply with IRS requirements.
